Pittsburgh has no flavor ban of its own, so Pennsylvania's rules apply: you have to be 21, shops check the ID of anyone under 30, and from October 19, 2026, shops can sell only the nicotine vapes on the Attorney General's directory, mostly Vuse, JUUL, NJOY and Naked 100 products, which leaves out Geek Bar, Raz and Lost Mary.
