21+ Policy
Our 21+ policy is simple: VapePenStores is for adults 21 and over, because 21 is the legal age to buy any vape or tobacco product in the US.
What the 21+ Policy Means on VapePenStores
What the 21+ policy means on VapePenStores: nothing here is written for or aimed at anyone under 21, we don't cover how to buy without ID, and we leave out searches that ask for shops that don't check. Shops on the site are expected to check ID; in Colorado they have to card anyone who looks under 50.
Report a Shop That Sells to Minors
To report a shop that sells to minors in Colorado, contact the state's Liquor and Tobacco Enforcement Division, which licenses every store that sells nicotine products, or use the FDA's tobacco problem reporting. You can tell us too, and we'll pass it on.
